Pros
I was lucky enough to have a very understanding Pharmacist in Charge who was very flexible with my school hours and understood my school commitment. Since its a grocery store and pharmacy and pharmacy chain the prescription count is not overwhelming compared to our competitors walgreens and CVS. My store averaged about a 1000 scripts/week.
Cons
At the end of the day, senior management has the say on your job even if though have no knowledge of your work ethic and contribution to the company. Lack of communication from senior management. If vacation not used it is lost. Vacation is awarded annually. Pay increase is like 10 to 15 cents after u have reached top pay annually.
