      its a temporary work place No future ,after 3 years you getting the top pay with no raise in future Pay is not competitive No respect from management

      Some good people work here

      Cons

      It Management team has been together for years and resists any change. 100% top down. Personal initiative is not overly welcome. Too many of the less senior managers know nothing practical.
