      Pros

      The people who bust their butts are the best people there - just don't get caught not talking about work. Management however, that's a different story.

      Cons

      Stressful, high turnover, lack of leadership. No matter how hard you work, it's never good enough. Recognition is few and far between.

      I have no stress working at Unimac boss and co workers great to work with.

      Cons

      Unimac have great benefits and 401k but so far to travel is located at NJ at Garfield but good to shop

      Pros

      Good printing equipment, ISO9001 Certified with good quality, great service, well staffed.

      Cons

      Over-priced for the food, confectionary, personal care and household products folding carton market...sales force had no say in the pricing levels. Also, they need more finishing equipment to sell folding cartons to service large volume folding carton manufacturers.
