      Pros

      Communication is efficient and timely amongst the team. Staff members are polite and willing to help each other. It is also nice that there are staff meetings to express grievances or share feedback.

      Cons

      The phone system is pretty bad. The computers are slow and have performance issues. Office also feels understaffed - this puts extra strain on staff. Lunch hour being disrupted by loud knocking or people trying to open locked doors was very annoying.
