Their designs and creativity are outstanding. The PE firm that bought them put a wrench in things (as PE does). Hard to get traction with sales/BD to get marketing done. Benefits and pay are very good.

Founded by The Brethren religious group of Australia (no longer involved) but that's just kind of a signal of the type of chaos you can encounter at this firm. Revolving door with most staff having a tenure of fewer than 3 years.
