Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback about your time at UNiDAYS. I’m really glad to hear that you enjoyed your time working here and made friendships that will continue past your employment.
Communication is more important than ever now that we’re working remotely, so I appreciate your point around communication across different offices. We have already taken feedback on board and recently adopted Q&A sessions between the US team and the Leadership team to provide updates on our strategic goals as well as answer any local market questions. We’ve also introduced the UNiDAYS Mindful Charter, which has guidance around being conscious of time zones and methods of communication. We will continue to build on this to improve communication between the offices.
