      Pros

      PTO time is a plus, benefits are average, 401K is a very good deal. Good at promoting safety in the workplace.

      Cons

      It can be difficult to resolve work related issues with a personnel company. Their first loyalty is to their customer (the company where they place you).

      Pros

      Flexible hours based on clients needs. Large number of vacation/PTO hours.

      Cons

      I was not made aware that I would be a contractor for more than a year when I accepted an offer to go direct with their client. Their contracts are often superseded by their corporate contract with their clients, so beware before you sign!
