      The Hospital took the time to accommodate employees where needed. ..i.e. time off, increases in pay, events to keep employees engaged.

      Cons

      High turner due to long hours and employee burnout. Shorter hours lessen the high turnover rate.

      My resume has really improved through my current position. Company has been focusing on positive work experiences for staff. I have had good raises Reasonably priced and good health care

      Many positions don't ensure equity in salary offers between new hires and existing staff with the same or lower skills/experience.
