Ups Capital was a progressive company with creative, smart and friendly and approachable management who were dedicated to developing themselves and employees.
Cons
The sales role was a grind. Lots of cold calls and not much support from the parent company. Vacation benefits were terrible. I was offered 2 weeks at a mid level position.
