It has a very laid back environment and great people to work with. However, we expect you to work and get your stuff done. There is a strong focus on work/life balance. If you need time off for something, they are very accomodating. There is a lot of diversity and a strong focus as well on inclusiveness. There is also a lot of opportunity to move and advance, at UPSC and UPS corporate. Just know what you want to do and go for it.
