The autonomy and responsibility of the group I was in while we were a subsidiarity and how close knit we were, even though nested inside one of the world's largest corporations

need to value truthful, objective and even critical communication, allow all employees at all levels to truly feel empowered, to know they have a valued voice and role within the corporation.
