Healthcare, housing, and education benefits are outstanding. You have the opportunity to work with many people from many different ways of life, as opposed to a job you might find locally. Steady promotion rates and job security. You get a raise each year.
Cons
The Air Force, as with any military branch, goes by the "shut up and color" motto. The values and opinions of individuals aren't valued as much as they should be. Long hours are something that you should expect here and there. Miss out on events with family and friends.
