      Training opportunities Plenty of experience Great culture. Feel invested in the projects you are working on. You get to see some of the effects of your work.

      Cons

      Red tape on development tasks. A 30 minute programming task can take a couple of weeks to go through the CM process. Branching is banned.

      Pros

      Getting 2.5days of accrued leave per month is nice, which adds up over time. You can request leave whenever within your schedule and it won't be denied.

      Cons

      Not too much structure when it comes to squadron training. Depends on your squadron but leadership can really determine your experience.
