      If you like working in a lazy environment with minimal guidance but then you mess something up , great.

      Cons

      EVERYTHING. Boring work, piddling minutiae and anal retentive back stabbing colleagues, many of whom could actually retire but don't because they think this stupid place keeps them going. How pathetic!

      Pros

      It's impossible to be overworked because there is such a bottleneck that work gets to you in dribs and drabs. Great benefits like time to use the onsite gym.

      Cons

      Inefficient, bureaucratic, unfocused, glitchy products. Telework is pretty limited.
