Pros

health insurance flexible work schedule - except working EVERY Sunday and MOST holidays dress code

Cons

Corporate must have it's head in the sand - very few women survive the Southern Division Sales Department - all of the accounts are divided by the local branch managers - and all the lucrative accounts go to those who 'have' - never the 'have nots' - with the exception of management taking the lucrative accounts and giving those to the 'have not salesmen' - those women are later terminated or 'forced out' after they are no longer able to meet their sales goals - Promotions and perks are always met by the same sales people - the ones constantly inheriting the good territories - surprise... this happens to the men also - only the ones who never made it into the management clique... I saw an employee review stating US Foodservice was way behind the times - but it has since managed to step up it's technology - in order to terminate 'real people' - also - most companies give an employee discount - my customers pay less for their food than I do

Pros

401k is good Benefits got more affordable

Cons

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money. If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing. You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out . Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
