      None. Supposedly employee focused.not true. Focused on reducing higher paid experienced staff with cheaper labor with no experience.

      Long hours, no family time, focus on profits. Lack of local leadership due centralized management.

      Pros

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
