      Good pay, Plenty of overtime available, home daily, newer equipment, all necessary items to do your job are paid for except a GPS

      Cons

      Management disliked that I was in the National Guard, Let me go at 60 days into my probationary period without any Negative feedback as to why (4 days before Christmas)....heartless

      Pros

      I had a great team of drivers tow work with. Very passionate about their jobs and the customers they service.

      Cons

      Sales outpaced fleet's delivery capacity, We could not turn down money which lead to bad driver burnout and moral.
