      good pay and benefits flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      departments do not work together well / lack of cohesion which is a reflection on upper management's skills does not matter how long you've been there, what sacrifices you've made or if you stuck around during the merger negotiations when a myriad of others left the company, you are dispensable, period.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
