      Pros

      Pay is pretty good. Working with restaurant and business owners is fun and educational while learning the industry.

      Cons

      Management only does whatever corporate says which is so out of touch with actual day to day issues and what it's actually like in the store real time. Your voice is only "heard" if it fits into the narrative of certain individuals. It feels like a do what I say not what I do environment sometimes.

      Pros

      Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.
