No work/life balance. Extra workload on remaining employees due to layoffs
Too many VPs, Directors and not enough frontline employees that actually do the work!

The biggest con is what must these big companies fail to focus on. Money.
If to ask, even if you document measurable results ,that i spent a long time composing.
You are told that other mechanics get the same or around the same pay. Then say no. Going the extra mile everyday, doesn't get you anything . Yes it's pay. We start a little better than market. But don't go up from there. Yes not right. Not we cannot get any overtime to make up for the lack of raise . It forces good mechanics out .
Also they focus way to much on irrelevant things like dei etc .it should be the work you do not what you look like.
