Food Sales - Territory Manager US Foods Employee Review

Pros

Potential for decent pay so long as you can maintain a growth rate of at least 7%. Lots of new food items & innovation

Cons

6-7 days a week working. Vacations are tough to take as competition is fierce & inside sales people don't know my customer's quirks. Pay structure is now designed to cut your pay if you miss target and that target is adjusted every quarter. So doing well one quarter only sets you up to take a pay cut in the next.

Pros

Used to be a great place with an amazing culture. Then, Dave Flitman our CEO came along and destroyed everything. The level of greed and hidden agendas is crazy. New comp plan is a complete joke and this place is literally on fire. The culture is toxic and nobody is happy here anymore. There will be a ton of territory managers that will leave. I def am one who already is gone. Complete shame as this was a great place for a good amount of time.

Cons

Culture Comp plan Lack of transparency Greed Only care about price of the stock
