Fun aspects to the job and a lot of solution oriented staff that are great to work with. Opportunities to work outside abound.
Cons
Some areas don’t get locality pay and they should- management is aware of this but can’t seem to fix it. Atmosphere could be more inclusive in general as it can be rather cliquey.
