Pros
Pay is reasonable. Scheduling is flexible M-F with one mandatory weekend a month. Weekends work from home. Equipment is given for both work space and home space. Sick Time, PTO, Floater days 401k 3% match on dollar amount up to I believe 7% Health insurance, Pet insurance , Life insurance, and other insurance available. Co-workers are fun and so are the inspectors to work with. Birthday appreciation. Great Work/Life Balance Management is extremely nice and accommodating. No Micro Managing Constantly learning new things
Cons
So this is more of a con for my other coworkers than for me. I do not contribute in the Health insurance because I am covered by my domestic partner. My coworkers have stated the contribution is extremely high. I have heard that might be it changing soon, but at the moment it is what it is. I wish there was a stock purchase plan. At first the job seemed overwhelming with so much to learn, but once you learn it it gets easier.
