Used to be worth it for the money. Now it’s too slow to make any money.

Business has slowed down significantly while the standards and quality of everything are no longer upheld. It’s hard to get a raise and they start kitchen at barely above minimum wage. They’ll approve a new availability and schedule you on days you can’t work anyways. Managers practically hide from employees and even customers-leaving the FOH in a bad spot. Corporate does not care about its employees at all and handles HR complaints terribly.
