Pros
Zero pros, nothing good at all
Cons
They fail to tell you in the interview that its a door to door job. Also, in the interview they tell you, youll be bringing in thousands a week, when in reality, you only get a base pay of 300 every week. The only way you get more is if your accounts go to approval. Just because you get into a house and set up an account, doesnt mean youre getting paid. The house has to be approved. If its not approved at the site survery, all that work you put in to set up an account with the customer, and the time you wasted will be for nothing. No approval = no money. Its a big waste of time and energy. Nothing is professional. Everyone who works there is immature, and theres no chain of command. Your leaders push your issues onto someone else when they are the ones who are there to guide you. You get three days of in the office training, nothing more. Also, youre expected to go out and buy a BRAND new up to date Ipad out of your OWN pocket. They dont reimburse you for the money. They dont provide you with anything, everything comes out of your own money. The money you arent even making. Youll get a door slammed in your face more than actually getting inside a house. They expect you to be out door to door until 10pm. Who answers their doors at 10pm? Absolutely no one. This is an awful job, and in reality, its a scam. Please dont fall for the lies like I did. Save yourself the trouble.
