Human Resources is an absolute joke. Ask any employee how many H.R. professionals have they recycled through during the past 1-3 years. The reason why is pretty scary - as you all know H.R. is supposed to be neutral and no one's friend. Here USRG, the District Managers and Regional Vice Presidents, BULLY - B-U-L-L-Y the Human Resources into making HIGHLY unethical decisions in regards to an employee's future. H.R. has NO backbone, so instead of fighting, they up and quit and go for a company with more integrity. I have witnessed some of the BEST employees get laid off, terminated or pushed away due to Office politics, cattiness & backstabbing. The "company" itself has great intentions, but the individuals in Leadership positions are terrible. They will discard you away like you're nothing. You can be the best performer in the entire company - doesn't mean a thing if someone has a small gripe against or you simply doesn't like you.
