Pros
Good pay and good options for advancement. Had a rather good experience with this company. The training and classes they offer/require are very informative and helpful. My regional Vp was amazing and always there to help out and actually cared about her staff. Working under her I received the ability to travel to other properties and learn about new areas and train new employees that eventually lead me to an advancement in position in another state. Sadly my new regional was not as pleasant as my former upon moving.
Cons
Only a handful of regional managers and regional VPs tend to give a crap. Upon moving to my new property, the owner decided to go with a new management company (which has a lower approval rating on here btw). Upon the transition my new regional manager just washed her hands of the property as well as my contractors that hadn't been paid in almost 3 months. Also don't expect equal fairness unless you are kissing someone's back end. The Vice President of the company is a joke and plays favorites and is very unprofessional when it comes to situations that aren't in her favor.
