Pros

Willing to hire on little sales experience.

Cons

Huge amount of turnover. All they do it reiterate training for products you will never see in use do to limited investment in people going into the field. Worked here for 18 months never saw a Wastewater plant. All they care about are metrics, 60 calls, 3 hours talk time, hitting goal. Over shoot goals and constantly changing territories. They rule by the stick and always threaten instead of coaching. STAY AWAY!! Not part of HD supply, They are failing faction and will soon be bought out and absorbed.

Pros

Coworkers in the same role are willing to help you on the day to day.

Cons

Unachievable metrics. Micromanaging managers. Constant unnecessary trainings. Forced in office change from fully remote because management changed. Hybrid schedule is a joke. Supervisors just regurgitate corporate jargon every morning in mandatory team meetings to complain about unrealistic metrics and projections that show the companies projections and nothing to do with the individuals themselves.
