Insular boys club with poor management. The company will throw you a big salary to give it a go, but will not help you in any way build your book. Its all cold calling with no lead generation. The practice leader is so CERTAIN that no one can do it like he can, so once you get those hard won appointments, he will insist that he does all the presenting. The problem is, he lectures, over-talks and alienates the prospects. He will create 80 slide PowerPoints that he will insist you use, or else he will yell at you. You will have no input into the sales part. Group meetings are just people talking over each other and the service team lead is passive aggressive, who will not wanting to help you.
