Pros
The benefits here are among the best in the country. They hang their hat on this for employee retention. HR staff is also fantastic.
Cons
If you want to work in Account Management here, do not waste your time unless you will be an Account executive. You will never get a pay raise or the opportunity to move up unless you harass them about it for years, and will be doing everyone else's busy work, as they pretend not to see your efforts and not to hear your concerns. You will get next to no training, no career development, no skills that you can take with you to another job, worse pay than the industry standard, and little care for you as an employee from management. They want only for you to do their AE's busy work until you get frustrated and leave, and are happy to replace you immediately when you choose to go elsewhere. It is not IF you choose to go elsewhere it is WHEN. This department is a revolving door of new personnel to replace the last employee who decided to go. Externally, and when communicating to their staff, they will blame the high turnover on "The Great Resignation", but behind closed doors they know that they do nothing to make the account management staff's jobs worth staying for and do not care to even try to make it better for anyone. You are a worthless corporate slave. Finally, as for D&I... don't buy into their lies... it's an act to seem up to date with the times but privately many in this organization have views or show in their actions that they do not believe in these efforts.
