Pros

Flexible hybrid schedule. Good training available. Good PTO and time off.

Cons

Has some account executives that have worked there for 20 plus years and do not want an assistant, but when forced to by the company because of their work load, they are very rude to the assistant and do not allow them to do their job without micro managing and complaining about every little thing. There is an account executive who is really rude and has had several complaints to HR by different employees. Nothing is ever done about it. other employees warn you that nothing will be done about it either, which looks very bad on the company. Account executives get away with things that a lower level employee would be fired for. No appreciation and never gives compliments on the hard work that is being done for them. When you try to go to HR or your manager about a problem. They ignore you and only take a person's side that has worked there for 20 years. They don't care and they don't listen. They ignore you.

Pros

You get out of it what you put into it. Autonomy and responsibility if you are fluent in the principles of extreme ownership. Think of it like running your own business as an entrepreneur, with a deep well of resources at your fingertips to help you be successful. High upside if you are willing to put in the work! (and that doesn't mean 50 hour weeks or unmanageable workloads)

Cons

If you don't have an open mind, are closed off to learning new things, and don't have a "how can I help" mentality, this may not be the best fit for you. Pay (base salary) may be slightly lower than other consulting firms, but total rewards package in the aggregate is competitive, and high upside potential with career path opportunities.
