Pros
-Strong New Hire Training Programs -Very High Base Salary, especially for the industry -Flexible (ish) hybrid work schedule -very impressive colleagues that you can learn alot from
Cons
-Due to rigorous interview process, it takes a long time for them to backfill positions, especially management. -Cold-Calling -SEB is a newer department, so there is a lot of the process being built as we were going and at times it felt disorganized -This role feels like it'd be ideal for a young single person looking to break into the industry, but they are hiring for experienced/seasoned employees. You need to be able to commit to four years of grinding hard, if you can do that this would be a great role for you.
