Pros

Initial joining was process was great

Cons

Cons: I was repeatedly tossed from one project to another by my manager without any proper explanation. I was initially hired for one role, but later I was shifted to completely different responsibilities multiple times. At one point I was even moved to work on US-time shifts unexpectedly. Despite escalating these concerns to management, there was absolutely no response or support. The constant changes created instability and made it very difficult to focus on work or develop expertise in any specific area. Overall, the lack of accountability and communication from management made the experience frustrating and unprofessional.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
