Pros

If you are from kerala, you may join here.

Cons

1. You are recruited for the talent pool, not for the project. Client interview happens after you join. There are so many people already in bench. 2. Even if you get into project, any time, you will be released citing some reason. Unlike many others, I got into a healthcare project, but I was released in two months, saying, now the team needs more of the technical guys than a BA. 3. Salary - money of medical/dress reimbursement will not be given every month, but every quarter. 4. Your variable pay will be 10% of your CTC. 5. Designation - You will be given whatever you ask. But, that doesn't mean someone whose title looks as a junior position draws less salary. 6. Mostly managers/leads are people from kerala/long term employees. You will wonder how she/he became manager with no skill. 7. Mostly, employees are expected to join at Tiruvendrum location. If you insist then, you will be informed that first 6 months you will be at Tiruvendrum, then you can move to chennai/bangalore. It will never happen. 8. Bench period - It is 90 days you can be in talent pool, after which you will be asked to resign with 2 months notice period. No HR will provide support in terms of internal opportunities. You need to find your way. 9. Projects - Especially healthcare project's status is sad. 10. BA role - if you are offered for a BA role for the healthcare project, it is my advice not to take it. No one here knows what is expected from a BA.

Pros

The company is already shifting from services to products and platforms business, with the CEO driving the change directly. This transition is visible and is steep. The upside to this transformation is the company already creating meaningful opportunities for people to grow new skills and take on more strategic and value-added work. The key is to lean in and make full use of the resources available, including client universities, hack-a-thons, ideathons, and skill transformation programs, to stay ahead. For internal talent, the opportunities in product, platform development, and consulting are abundant, across both existing offerings and new solutions.

Cons

the organization is going through a painful transition unlike anything it has experienced in its 26-year history; while this change is necessary to win in the market, stronger support through the transition is an area where the company can improve and focus.
