Pros

*Awesome projects. *The offices of Mexico City are good

Cons

*Horrible execution of projects. *Bad quality. *Unprepared leaders. *Bad salaries. *For the 2 years that I worked in projects, I had not receive any salary raise or compensation. *Give any excuse to avoid salary raise. *If you are an excelent worker, the only thing you get is more work. *The worker is treated by HR like any object.

Pros

I have been associated with UST for almost 12 years, starting my journey as a Tester and currently serving as a Senior Project Manager. Looking back, the growth opportunities provided by the organization have been remarkable. One of the biggest strengths of UST is its people-first culture. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in employee success. Throughout my career, I have received continuous encouragement to take on new responsibilities, learn new skills, and move into leadership roles. The company places significant emphasis on employee well-being, work-life balance, and professional development. I have had opportunities to work across different domains, engage with global clients, and grow both technically and managerially. What makes UST special is the trust it places in its employees and the collaborative culture that exists across teams. It’s a place where dedication and performance are recognized, and individuals are given opportunities to shape their own career paths

Cons

As with any large organization, some processes could be streamlined for faster decision-making.
