Pros

The pay is good, just as long as you work your butt off over 40+ hrs a week. The company has a lot of good ideas, but continues to struggle. Keep your nose clean, and you'll be ok. Work hard, get paid.

Cons

Since the hiring of Mary Dillon as CEO, things have gone for the worse. Crazy ideas, a lot of micromanaging in the retail location, constant hovering from Area Sales Managers and Director of Sales, making sales associates do the work of many different departments such as the business dept and tech department, its hard to make sales when youre dealing with low-end android phones not working, can't afford the iPhone, the stress level is so high that people quit left and right (also getting fired) leaving locations short staffed, miscommunication between different dept's
