Pros
Has nice benefits, good work atmosphere. Commission is normally great! Recently they changed the commission structure and it affected everyone's paycheck by a lot. Senior management listened and changed it back.
Cons
Get ready to never have evenings or weekends off since it's retail. Quotas get higher and store traffic isn't increasing.
