      Pros

      Very challenging work. Lots of contribution to enterprise wide initiatives. Autonomous position with tons of creative freedom.

      Cons

      Working with Walmart. They are slow and terribly inefficient at rolling out programs. Very unrealistic quota targets and low compensation for bonus attainment. Lots of travel.
