Not the best for growth - Research Coordinator I UTHealth Houston Employee Review

Pros

Poor pay. Little promotion if you’re a parent or woman for that matter. I have trained colleagues and hired colleagues with less experience and watched one get promoted just because they simply filled in for me while I was on maternity leave. At this point I’m there for the benefits. So basically the benefits are the only pro.

No more job security for early career investigators due to recent budget constraints.
