Pros
Atmosphere in this company is good. No too much pressure, good balance between work and life. It's a good place if you don't have too much ambition.
Cons
The peak of utstarcom passed away. I can't see the good expectation of it. Only access network devices left in it's product line, which are not competitive in this field.
