Are mentioned before. Our work matters and almost 3 milion people are dependant on our work. The jobs itself can be exhilerating (it is the second largest payroller in The Netherlands and employs the largest single group of medical professionals in the country) and you will not go bored here.
Cons
This too has been said. Advancing your career needs networking skills as well as professional competence. No-one will conciously hold you back though.
