      Used to get Uber equity Used to have cheap health insurance Once upon a time, had a great startup energy

      Cons

      No more equity Health insurance premiums went from $18 a month to $400. Good management was replaced by unpleasant people. Various perks were discontinued such as personal development spend, uber credits, equity. Was remote, then hybrid, now, can barely work from home

      Cons

      Benefit and bonus cuts after acquisition continued to decrease over time. Shared services style of work flow created chaos and increased work load, some could handle while others could not.
