      - people are nice - offices are decorated - benefits - events - restos around

      Cons

      - your experience is dependent on the team you're in - HQ makes decisions without consulting the VPs it seems - a lot of change throughout the years, it is uneasy - every team works like a mini company, which makes work duplicated and people competing rather than collaborating - meetings where time is wasted and nothing is said

      Remote work, free games. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Horrendous pay, expectations of work absolutely unreasonable. Turnover rate pretty high, and instead of hiring new employees, just had the remaining team take over the work that required like 10+ employees. Then after requiring 200% productivity to make up for the lack of a team, complained about teams.
