Incredibly cheap company, especially when compared to studios in the States. Absolutely no perks. Not even coffee. Embarrassing wages and raises. It'd be nice to know where all the money from hit games like Assassins Creed is going. They take advantage of the fact that they're the only studio in town, capitalizing either on students right out of school, or senior talent who have family in the city and can't leave Toronto. Unlike working for a small studio, you are truly a tiny cog in the machine of thousands of workers.
