Pros
+ Overall, a very casual atmosphere that can be fun to work in at times + Interesting people from a very wide range of professional backgrounds + Fun and creative products + A big players in it's industry (video games)
Cons
- As others have mentioned, the biggest con is the lack of vision from upper management - Internal management can be chaotic, be prepared to wear multiple hats and fill gaps on short notice - People applying to front office departments should not expect a good work/life balance - Not a meritocracy, expect a formal org chart with a standard hierarchy - Low compensation
