Pros
Team and environment is very nice. Only thing which you can like here but that is also useless because of the management. The management is more than pathetic they don't have seriousness about anything. Office coordinator have zero knowledge about technical stuff yet she's coordinating I don't understand exactly where the coordination is. People join and leave in 1 or 2 months and they are okay with that. They will hire you and not even acknowledge you for months. HR never meets you. Owner of the company doesn't know how to deal with employees. If they have salary issues going on they should talk to the employee at least with the new joined employee and keep transparency instead of running away, this is not how you should run an organisation. It's the matter of someones career. You cant be like a 5 year old kid ignoring everything. It would be really nice if you go and talk in person with your employee talk to them about the ongoing problems instead leaving your employee clueless and confused and leaving no option with them apart from quitting. Don't even think of behaving like this with experienced candidates.
Cons
1. Salary issues are going on from last 4 months here. 2. They will not tell you this while hiring. 3. If you want talk with HR or the "Managing Director" you will have to wait for ages. 4. They do not even know how to pacify the employee if they don't give salary on time, all they will do is hire you, not keep any transparency and even if want to leave they will be like we don't care. 5. If you want to work without salary this is the perfect platform for you.
