You could tell from the beginning that this is a startup, formation was little to none. The work environment is really sad and the office is way too small. Overall not a place you feel happy to work in and was evident to see with the amount of employee rotation they had.

- You will find good professionals, where you can learn and grow - Nice facilities - It’s a small company so you give your insights to professionals in higher positions and you will feel listened

- Salaries are really low - Remote work is only an option a few days per month and you would need approval for that period requested - In periods of bad results you can feel a tense environment which reflects in some untrusting situations on the employees
