It’s expected to have some pressure when working in the sales department but at times there is unnecessary pressure from the ceo to managers who in turn apply pressure on employees . No career paths . Employees are fired with no explanation even if you are a high performer . It creates this atmosphere of fear where you’re unable to speak up when things are wrong for fear of being fired Low salaries . Compensated with pizzas and beers.

Flexible work environment and they provide some essential resources to carry out your job

You could tell from the beginning that this is a startup, formation was little to none. The work environment is really sad and the office is way too small. Overall not a place you feel happy to work in and was evident to see with the amount of employee rotation they had.
