This has undoubtedly been the most fulfilling experience of my career. I had the opportunity to be deeply involved and provide significant input. I was granted a high degree of autonomy to experience my ideas.

Nothing that I can think of that was any major issue. Communication remote can sometimes come with it's challenges.

Working remote means can instill some level of structure.

Terrible work life balance. Founder expects you to work the hours of a founder and check socials well beyond work hours (he even asked what time I go to bed so I could check in before sleeping) . If you’re offline for more than a few minutes he will question what you’re doing and founder has constant paranoia so at times imposed a time tracking app. Founder often replies to customer service complaints which makes community management unbearable as responses are often personal , unprofessional and irrational. Every cost is scrutinized and founder doesn’t understand basic business needs for a company to function. Lack of care for employees - especially those balancing a family life with children
