Pros
The talent and degrees that many of the employees possess, the PTO time is decent when you can actually use it.
Cons
As in the previous review, I can agree 100% that this company needs to not only talk the talk but walk the walk with its own employees. For a company that markets themselves as a health and wellness company, upper management are complete hypocrites. The bullying by upper management is to the extreme...to the point where several employees have consulted with legal representation and have had to take leave due to medical and mental health issues caused by this. They want you to put "suggestions" in the suggestion box, but if you do, upper management will send out a company wide "you should know" newsletter and let everyone know why every suggestion is being shot down. Several employees/management also drink the kool-aid of upper management, so beware...there is no room for advancement unless you wear a short skirt and have no degree in what you are being hired to do. Oh, and if you do start working there and leave, don't try to go to a client company. You are unable to do that for a year (and will get threatened with a lawsuit) but, yet, it's okay for upper management to hire individuals from these same client companies...hypocrisy at its finest.
